Teresa’s new group includes some of the finest jazz musicians in the Boston area, including Fernando Brandão on flutes, Maxim Lubarsky on piano, Fernando Huergo on bass and Steve Langone on drums. Inês earned her music education degree in Brazil before moving to Boston to study at Berklee College of Music. She is widely known for her songwriting, arranging, and as a bandleader. She has toured internationally through South America and Suriname. Teresa writes most of the arrangements for her group, imbuing her performances with a unique and personal touch as she explores themes of identity, love, memories and cultural connection, making her music resonate on both a personal and universal level.
